PURPOSE: A method for preparing nuruk and a method for making fermented wine using the nuruk are provided to obtain the fermented wine with excellent taste.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing nuruk comprises a step of inoculating Aspergillus oryzae(deposit number KCTC 11927BP) into rice.
