PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing functional color salt is provided to manufacture the functional color salt by effectively removing bittern contained in bay salt while pulverizing coarse crystals of the bay salt by making slush, and penetrating active ingredients of a plant into the salt. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing functional color salt comprises the following steps: 10-30 parts by weight of water is added to 100 parts by weight of bay sa the mixture is pulverized to obtain salt slush; the salt slush is dehydrated; the salt is dried; and the dried salt is dyed with colorants.
