METAL STRIP DISPATCHING DEVICE CAPABLE OF TRANSFERRING THE METAL STRIP WITHOUT FAST ACCELERATION OR RAPID DECELERATION

PURPOSE: A metal strip dispatching device is provided to increase dispatch precision by preventing the transferred metal strip from being excessively loaded.;CONSTITUTION: A metal strip dispatching device comprises a base plate(64), a reciprocating block(100), a movable block(102), a pin block(56), a top and bottom cam unit(80), a motion switching unit and cap. The base plate has slits(66) which penetrate the base plate to communicate an upper side and a lower side. The reciprocating block moves back and forth in transferring direction of the metal strip and in opposite direction from the transferring direction by a driving tool. The movable block is connected to a connection member so that the movable block can be moved in the transferring direction of the reciprocating block between a pair of fixing members(82a,82b). The pin block can be moved with the movable block and is installed to be vertically moved towards the base plate. The top and bottom cam unit comprises a top cam unit(76) fixed to the pin block and a bottom cam unit(78) which is installed on the movable block by facing with the top cam unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
