MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A COMPOSITE BOGIE FRAME WITH BOLT HOLE PARTS BY RESIN TRANSFER MOULDING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite bogie frame with a bolt coupling hole unit using a resin transferring method is provided to maintain the continuity of a reinforced fiber of a bolt coupling hole enabling to couple a bolt by forming the bolt coupling hole, thereby improving the strength of the coupling hole unit. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite bogie frame with a bolt coupling hole unit using a resin transferring method comprises; a step for forming a basic structure for the composite bogie frame by using an adhesive or a coupling member, a step for forming one or more processing holes on the basic structure, forming a molding pole in the processing holes, and forming a skin unit on a surface of the basic structure, a step for installing the basic structure between upper and lower molds and injecting a mixed resin between the upper and lower molds and solidifying the same, and a step for removing the pole and forming a joining hole to be vertically penetrated.
