PURPOSE: A method for fixing carbonic anhydrase to polystyrene/poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)(PS/PSMA) nanofibers is provided to efficiently prepare a carbonic anhydrase-PS/PSMA nanofiber complex and to ensure excellent pH stability, temperature stability, and storage stability.;CONSTITUTION: A method for fixing carbonic anhydrase to polystyrene/poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)(PS/PSMA) nanofibers comprises: a step of adding polystyrene and poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) into a solvent and preparing a polymer solution; a step of preparing the PS/PSMA nanofibers through electrospinning of the polymer solution; and a step of fixing the carbonic anhydrase to the PS/PSMA nanofibers through a crosslinked-enzyme aggregation(CLEA) method. The solvent includes dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO), dichloromethane, tetrahydrofurane(THF), chloroform, hexane, toluene, or dimethyl acetamide.
