摘要

PURPOSE: An aerogel binder for forming a glass long fiber insulating material is provided to be environmentally friendly without the loss of a long-term adhesive property. CONSTITUTION: An aerogel binder for forming a glass long fiber insulating material comprises 2-6 parts by weight of a silica sol or bentonite, 1-10 parts by weight of aerogel, 20-30 parts by weight of 5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution, 5-15 parts by weight of an aqueous adhesive, and 5-15 parts by weight of a flame retardant, 5-15 parts by weight of an aqueous adhesive, and 5-15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; and additionally includes a silane coupling agent and/or 3-5 parts by weight of a fluorine water repellent. The aerogel is one or more selected from silica, alumina, titania, and carbon aerogel.
