PURPOSE: An upper air inflowing type cold air dispersing apparatus is provided to transfer warm upper air to the ground surface for diffusion and to prevent the generation of frost or cold-weather from damaging a fruit garden.;CONSTITUTION: An upper air inflowing type cold air dispersing apparatus includes an air inflow fan(100), an air guiding pipe(200) located on the lower side of the air inflow fan, and a descending current diffusion belt(300). The descending current diffusion belt includes a collecting unit on the upper side, and a diffusing unit on the lower side with the length being longer than the collecting unit. The descending current diffusion belt is a pyramid or a cone shaped formation. An opening/closing type diffusion passage unit(400) is combined to the bottom of the air guiding pipe, and includes plural supporters(410). More than two upper supporters are installed on the upper side of the air guiding pipe with more air inflow fans.
