PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vehicle foam tape is provided to provide a foam tape with high adhesion, cleavage property, and flexibility when being applied to the bent surface of a vehicle exterior. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vehicle foam tape which contains an acrylic monomer, a photoinitiator, a crosslinking agent, and foaming agent comprises as follows: a step of manufacturing a low viscosity syrup by the UV polymerization of an acrylic monomer; a step of manufacturing a vehicle foam composition that the photoinitiator, crosslinking agent, and foaming agent indicated in chemical formula 1 are added to the low viscosity syrup; and a step of coating and UV-curing the composition to obtain the vehicle foam tape.
