PURPOSE: A perovskite type ion conductivity tube shape oxygen separating film and a manufacturing method are provided to use serviceably to oxygen separation from the air with carbon dioxide as the oxygen permeation degree and the thermal stability are improved a lot in high pressure and temperature compare to the separation film which is not coated.;CONSTITUTION: A perovskite type ion conductivity tube shape oxygen separating film has the composition of the Ba1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3- and is coated with the La1-xSrxTi1-yFeyO3-. In a chemical formula, it is 0=x=1, 0=y=1. The manufacturing method of the perovskite type ion conductivity tube shape oxygen separating film comprises following step; the step of dry mixing in the ratio of the respective 8 - 11 of BSCF powder versus 1 of binder; a step that mixes in a liquid state with a weight ratio in 2-3 of diluted substance versus 1 of a plasticizer after diluting the polyethylene glycol with 8 to 11 times of distilled water; a step that produces a pipe shape separating film by compress molding the mixture; the step that produces a fine type separating film by drying and plasticizing the produced pipe shape separating film; a step that soaks and coats the pipe shape separating film in a colloidal suspension solution which has 20-40 % of LSTF powder; and a step that produces a LSTF coated BSCF fine type separating film by drying and plasticizing the coated pipe shape separating film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
