PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus using an elastic band is provided to allow a user to exercise depending on the strength of the user, and to prevent the generation of mechanical noise and injury of the user due to the use of an apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: An exercise apparatus using an elastic band comprises a base plate(100), a base frame(200), a support frame(300), a horizontal support(400), and two elastic bands(500). The support frame is rotatably coupled to the base frame, is fixed to the central portion of one side of the base frame, and is perpendicular to the ground. The horizontal support penetrates the support frame, and is coupled to the support frame.
