PURPOSE: A flywheel including a thrust rotary plate and a flywheel energy storage device using the same are provided to prevent system deformation generated by stress concentration.;CONSTITUTION: A flywheel includes a rotary shaft(100), a thrust rotary plate(200), a bolt(300), a hub(400), and a rotor(500). The rotor stores energy with rotation. The rotary shaft is combined through the center of the rotor. The hub connects the rotor and the rotary shaft. The rotary plate is rotated around the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft includes a rotary shaft bolt recess combining with the bolt.
