PURPOSE: An automatic calibration system of a hand wheel sensor for an EPS(Electric Power Steering) mounting vehicle is provided to improve productivity by shortening the overall assembly process of a vehicle through the automatic performing of calibration during an EOL(End of Line) test.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic calibration system of a hand wheel sensor for an EPS mounting vehicle comprises a steering handle(170), a hand wheel sensor(160), an EPS controller(150), an EOL test device(130), a wheel alignment device(120), and a display device(110). The steering handle is mounted with an EPS. The hand wheel sensor is installed in the steering handle. The EPS controller receives measurement and hand wheel rotation signals; self-judges the aligning state of a vehicle wheel; and automatically performs the calibration of the hand wheel sensor during the EOL test. The EOL test device receives the alignment of the vehicle wheel from an outside diagnosis communication wheel alignment device and provides the aligning state of the vehicle wheel to the EPS controller. The wheel alignment device arranges the position, direction, and mutual relation of the vehicle wheel. The display device indicates EOL test process and result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
