PURPOSE: A gastro-retentive sustained release tablet containing an anti-diabetic agent is provided to uniformly maintain drug contents for 12 hours, and to enhance a treatment effect.;CONSTITUTION: A gastro-retentive sustained release tablet contains a channel former. The channel former is selected from the group consisting of voglibose or acarbose; polyethylene oxide; and more than one compound selected from potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, or sodium bicarbonate.
