PURPOSE: An offshore structure for reducing a relative motion is provided to smoothly transfer liquefied natural gas on the sea with a reduced relative motion between the offshore structures using a wave damping plate and an elastic member.;CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure for reducing a relative motion comprises a body part(100), a plate(200), and an elastic member. The body part has a receiving part submerged under the seawater. The plate is rotationally arranged in an inlet of the receiving part to selectively divide the inside and the outside of the receiving part.
