PURPOSE: A method of fixing carbon dioxide is provided to safely fix carbon dioxide gas, to remarkably increase the carbonation efficiency of CaO contained in blast furnace slag, and to be environment-friendly by processing the blast furnace slag.;CONSTITUTION: A method of fixing carbon dioxide comprises the following steps: a step(110) of pulverizing blast furnace slag; a step(120) of mixing 5-15 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag to 100 parts by weight of water; a step(130) of adding NaOH to said mixture; and a step(140) of hydrothermally reacting by supplying carbon dioxide to the decomposed mixture. The blast furnace slag is pulverized into 150-500 mesh.
