PURPOSE: A vehicle black box with a short-distance radar sensor for measuring a distance to a vehicle in front is provided to output an alarm for preventing a collision by measuring the distance to the vehicle in the front when the vehicle enters in a predetermined distance with the vehicle in the front.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle black box with a short-distance radar sensor for measuring a distance to a vehicle in front comprises a short-distance radar sensor(40), a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(30), a control unit(20), a GPS receiver, and an alarm generation unit. The short-distance radar sensor senses the distance to the vehicle in the front. The DSP extracts distances and speed between the vehicle in the front and an antenna of the short-distance radar sensor. The control unit supplies an alarm control device when the distance of the vehicle in the front from the antenna exceeds a standard value. The GPS receiver supplies the speed and position information of the vehicle of a driver in real time.
