PURPOSE: A graphene nano ribbon, a manufacturing method thereof and an electric component using the same are provided to be advantageous for integration of a device and not to require many processes for the graphene-nano ribbon manufacture.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of graphene nano ribbon comprises the following steps: preparing a nanosphere mold (10) having a plurality of nanospheres (13) which is arranged in a predetermined pattern; preparing a graphene layer (21) arranged on a substrate (20); compressing a nanosphere mold on the graphene layer in order for the plurality of nanospheres to contact with the graphene layer; and scratching out a domain of the graphene layer which is in contact with the nanospheres by relatively moving the nanosphere mold or the substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
