PURPOSE: A backflow prevention structure of an intake manifold is provided to prevent a backflow of the compressed air of a compressor, to obtain combustion stability, and to improve low speed performance.;CONSTITUTION: A backflow prevention structure of an intake manifold comprises an intake manifold(100) and a backflow prevention member(200). The intake manifold includes a surge tank(110), a main passage(111), a first sub passage(120), and a second sub passage(130). Air can be charged in the surge tank. The main passage is formed in the front side of the surge tank. The first and second sub passages are connected to the main passage.
