PURPOSE: A vibration isolation device for a table is provided to stably fix by reducing the contact area of an air spring and the upper surface of an installation object.;CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolation device for a table comprises a plate(100), an air spring(200), a leveling unit(300), and a cover(400). The air spring is arranged in the lower part of the plate. The leveling unit is connected to each air spring. Compressed air supplied to each air spring is controlled according to the inclination of the plate for maintaining the horizontal state of the plate.
