PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to obtain a clear multigrade display by reducing the change of a current flowing between two electrodes.;CONSTITUTION: A source signal line driving circuit(101) and a gate signal line driving circuit(102) are formed on a substrate. A plurality of pixels(100) includes a first pixel and a second pixel on the substrate. The plurality of pixels include a light emitting element and a transistor, respectively.
