PURPOSE: A light emitting element, a light emitting device including the same and a method for manufacturing the light emitting element and the light emitting device are provided to increase the light extraction efficiency of the light emitting element by forming a conformal light emitting structure with a dome pattern.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) forms a dome pattern(102). A first conductive layer(112) is a light emitting structure(110) formed on the dome pattern. The light-emitting structure includes an emission layer(114) and a second conductive layer(116). The light-emitting structure forms the width of the first conductive layer to be wider than the width of the second conductive layer and the width of the light-emitting layer.
