PURPOSE: A coating layer with a low-friction for a vehicle component and a method for producing a same are provided to have a high temperature, abrasion resistant property and a high hardness, low friction property with comprising Ti layer of a basic material surface, TiN layer of a Ti layer surface, TiAgN layer of a TiN layer surface, and Ag layer transferring on a surface of TiAgN layer.;CONSTITUTION: A coating layer with low-friction for a vehicle component comprises Ti layer(100) of a basic material surface, TiN layer(300) of a Ti layer surface, TiAgN layer(500) of a TiN layer surface, and Ag layer(700') transferring on a surface of TiAgN layer. A method for producing a coating layer with low-friction for a vehicle component comprises the following steps: a basic material surface is cleaned and a inside atmosphere of a deposition equipment is stabilized to a atmosphere of a vacuum/high temperature; Ti layer is evaporated on the surface of the base material through Ti arc source; TiN layer is evaporated on the surface of Ti layer through Ti arc source and nitrogen gas; TiAgN layer is evaporated on the surface of TiN layer through Ti arc source, Ag sputtering source, and nitrogen gas; and the Ag layer is evaporated on the surface of TiAgN layer through Ag sputtering source.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
