PURPOSE: A street lamp pillar including a brass film of high intensity and high corrosion resistance is provided to maintain durability by forming a stable transparent protection film and not to being easily damaged in a partial impact by forming a stable film. CONSTITUTION: A surface-treated street lamp pillar(1) is heated, and a zinc aluminum composite film forming agent is coated on a surface in order to form a basis rust preventative film(2). Paint is coated and is dried after being heated to form a protective paint film(3). A brass film composition comprised of 1:1 mixture of brass powder and transparent paint(5) is coated and is dried. The dried brass film composition is compulsorily oxidizes by heating so that a brass film(4) is formed. The transparent paint including sunscreen agents is coated and is heat-treated to form a transparent protection film.
