PURPOSE: An undersea tunnel with economic efficiency and financial integrity is provided to activate cultural exchanges and tourist industry and develop public transportation facilities by crossing continents and lands.;CONSTITUTION: An undersea tunnel with economic efficiency and financial integrity comprises a tunnel(3), a public transportation(4), and multipurpose buildings(5a-5d). The undersea tunnel is built by crossing the seabed(2) with multipurpose buildings at proper gaps between. The buildings are connected to the tunnel. The public transportation runs along the tunnel. A multipurpose building comprises a shopping mall, living accommodations, leisure facilities, and restaurants. The goods and commodities are delivered to the multipurpose building by vessels.
