Provided is a manufacturing method to solve the problem of a common prefabricated concrete tunnel having a thickness of 40-50 Cm, and undersea and underground tunnels of 40-60 m underground which are beyond repair when a water leakage occurs. The manufacturing method comprises the processes of: perfectly waterproofing each unit of a prefabricated tunnel on ground; assembling the units in the field where a first excavated tunnel is constructed; and packing joints of the units with an expansion agent reacting to approaching moisture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
