PURPOSE: A method and a device using an arbitrary waveform generating method for automatically calibrating an axle load weigher are provided to obtain an axle load weighting system with reliability by providing an ideal simulation of the axle load weigher using reference waveform information.;CONSTITUTION: A device using an arbitrary waveform generating method for automatically calibrating an axle load weigher comprises a sensor part(10), a measurement waveform generating unit(20), an A/D converting unit(30), a main processing unit(40), a scale adjusting unit(60), a D/A converting unit(50), a correction waveform generating unit(70), a correction value adding unit(80), and a display unit(90). The sensor unit includes a speed sensor(11) and a weight sensor(12). The measurement waveform generating unit generates a measurement waveform indicating a voltage change with respect to time by processing a speed measured by the speed sensor and a voltage value measured by the weight sensor. The A/D converting unit converts signals generated in the measurement waveform generating unit into digital signals. The main processing unit includes a main memory unit(41) where reference data including an output value of the weight sensor with respect to the weight according to a speed change is recorded. The scale adjusting unit performs a volume adjusting function by receiving correction signals of the main processing unit.
