PURPOSE: An interface device for testing an interface device and a method thereof are provided to test a plurality of measured devices by using a single RF(Radio Frequency) analysis device.;CONSTITUTION: An RF communication module(101) individually transmits a plurality of measured devices to an RF signal request message transmitted from an RF signal analysis device. A socket communication module(102) receives an RF signal transmitted from each of the measured devices through socket communication after the RF signal request message is transmitted through the RF communication module.
