PURPOSE: An encryption apparatus of a network system and a method thereof are provided to increase the privacy of a user and the reliability of the system. CONSTITUTION: An encryption apparatus of a network system includes a user device(10), a network server(100), and a plurality of network elements. The network server authenticates a user by using a public key infrastructure encryption system, and allocates at least one network element among the plurality of network elements connected to the network system to the user. The network server generates an ID of the user by using an Identity-based cryptosystem of the user. The network element communicates with the user device through the network server when an agent including the generated ID is installed.
