PURPOSE: A doctoring member, a printing device, and a printing method are provided to include a cooling member, thereby preventing an increase in the temperature and viscosity of a paste, which is positioned at a contact portion of a doctor blade and a gravure roll and rolls, caused by friction.;CONSTITUTION: A doctoring member(300) comprises a fixing stand(310), a fixing stand cover(320), a holder(340), and a doctor blade(330). The fixing stand cover covers the top surface of the fixing stand. The holder is arranged in a side of the fixing stand and the fixing stand cover. The doctor blade is fixed by the holder.
