OFF-SET PRINTING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING A GRAVURE ROLL CAUSED BY A DAMAGE OF A DOCTOR BLADE

PURPOSE: An off-set printing device is provided to obtain an excellent printing quality because a doctoring condition setting of high pressures is possible and to make tests for various conditions and products and production possible because a margin for a process and manufacture grows larger.;CONSTITUTION: An off-set printing device(100) comprises a gravure roll(10), a doctor unit(20), and a buffer member(40). The gravure roll comprises a surface unit(110) and a concave groove(12) formed in the surface unit. The gravure roll houses a paste(P) in the concave groove. The doctor unit temporarily houses the paste and supplies to the concave groove. The doctor unit comprises a doctor blade cleaning the paste stained on the surface unit. The buffer member prevents a damage of the gravure roll by contacting to the gravure roll when the doctor blade is damaged.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
