PURPOSE: A coating and diffusion area on a cap installed with a heat sink designed according to energy star requirement is provided to supply an LED device which achieves a uniform light distribution and a backward light emission in a wide angle. CONSTITUTION: An LED device(100) includes a cap(125). The cap accommodates an optical device inside. The cap includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment is coated with a reflective material. The second segment is combined with the first segment and does not have reflective coating. The first segment is arranged to be more separated from the optical device than the second segment.
