PURPOSE: A quantitation method of exosome in a cell culture and a method for enhancing yield of exosome by the same are provided to enhance yield of exosome and to effectively use exosome.;CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing detection efficiency of a fluorescent material in exosome comprises: a step of incubating protease and a cell culture medium containing recombinant exosome having a fluorescent material; and a step of filtering by a filter.
