ANTI-INFLAMMATORY COMPOSITION CONTAINING A DICHLOROMETHANE FRACTION OF OROSTACHYS JAPONICUS AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PURPOSE: A dichloromethane fraction of Orostachys japonicus and an anti-inflammatory composition containing the same are provided to effectively suppress inflammation and to manufacture a therapeutic agent for treating and preventing various inflammatory diseases and a functional food for treating inflammation.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory composition contains 10-200 ug/ml of an Orostachys japonicus-derived dichloromethane fraction as an active ingredient. The dichloromethane fraction is prepared by adding ethanol to Orostachys japonicus powder and adding dichloromethane to the ethanol extract.
