摘要

The Ni-based catalysts have more advantages than the most widely used Pd-based catalysts in selective hydrogenating of the butadiene in FCC C4 fraction. The effect of Al2O3 carrier on the performance of the catalyst has been studied, and the active ingredient of the catalysts have been selected. The experiment results proved that the catalyst with the 20wt% Ni content has the highest activity. On the basis of the TPR analysis, the reasonable explain was given. By contrasting with Pd-based catalyst (QSH-01) and other Ni-based catalysts (MH-3, CH-24), Ni/Al2O3 catalysts in our lab have better activity, stability and higher anti-sulfur ability.
