PURPOSE: A safety helmet having a lamp is provided to recognize information of a wearer by the others at night time by fixing a noctilucent band connected to a light emitting body.;CONSTITUTION: A safety helmet (100) having a lamp includes a lamp (110) located in the front of the safety helmet, a noctilucent band (120) surrounding the circumference of the safety helmet and being attached and ball joints connecting both ends of the lamp and both ends of the noctilucent band. The ball joint includes a groove formed in the both sides of the lamp, a ring engaged with the end unit of the noctilucent band and a ball formed in the ring, inserted in the groove and forcibly rotated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
