PURPOSE: Provided is a device for connecting a collar and a leash for a pet dog to be easily applied to the dog, to have a good effect of keeping the dog warm, not to lose the hair of the dog, not to tighten the neck portion and the chest portion of the dog when pulling the leash as connected, and to easily identify the dog at night. CONSTITUTION: The device for connecting a collar and a leash for a pet dog comprises a hole(110) to be worn about a leg; a snap button(120) colored with a luminous paint and engaged on the back portion; a safety supporter(130) in a luminous plate and a phosphorescent plate as provided on the side; a reinforcement band(140) made of the phosphorescent plate to be seamed from the hole(110) to the back portion; an auxiliary reinforcement band(141) made of the phosphorescent plate; and a D-ring(150) provided at the ends of both sides of the reinforcement band and the auxiliary reinforcement band.
