METHOD FOR REPETITIVELY OVER-OVULATING AND A METHOD FOR REPETITIVELY OBTAINING FERTILIZED EGGS USING BOMBINA ORIENTALIS

PURPOSE: A method for repetitively over-ovulating and a method for repetitively obtaining fertilized eggs using Bombina orientalis are provided to obtain a large amount of healthy ova and embryos more stably by minimizing stress applied to Bombina orientalis even though repetitive ovulations, thereby remarkedly increasing survival rate of adults.;CONSTITUTION: A method for repetitively over-ovulating using Bombina orientalis comprises the steps of: inducing superovulation by injecting human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to Bombina orientalis; obtaining ova from the Bombina orientalis that is induced to superovulation; giving the Bombina orientalis that is induced to superovulation a rest; and inducing superovulation again by injecting hCG to Bombina orientalis that had a rest.
