CONSTITUTION: Allergen protection bedding manufacturing method comprises the following steps. The mixture of wood flour (11) (90 - 99 wt.%), which is made of wood or leaves of cypress, and cypress essential oil micro capsules (12) (1 - 10 wt.%) is uniformly sprayed on 5 mm flat type cotton during beating processes of loess containing cotton (13) with anion and far infrared radiation at a ratio of 10 - 30 g to 1 m^2. A liquid eco-friendly binder is sprayed on the 5 mm flat type cotton at a ratio of 0.5 - 2 ml to 1 m^2. Bedding is made using thin flat type cotton which is completed through the rolling process of the cotton beating processes. Therefore, the bedding manufacturing method is capable of easily and economically manufacturing bedding and controlling the release of cypress particle fragrance by the binder.
