PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus plantarum KACC91689P is provided to have a high viability in a spent mushroom substrate (SMS), and lactic acid rapidly produced through anaerobic fermentation by using SMS.;CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus plantarum KACC91689P microorganism for accelerating fermentation of a spent mushroom substrate (SMS) is provided. A feed additive includes the microorganism. A manufacturing method of an SMS fermentation feed comprises the steps of: preparing an SMS; inoculating the microorganism; and increasing production of lactic acid in the SMS due to anaerobic fermentation of the microorganism to increase anaerobic storing ability of the fermentation product during the anaerobic fermentation and to increase aerobic stability of the SMS fermentation feed at unsealing after the fermentation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
