PURPOSE: A resin sealing device and a manufacturing method of a resin sealing body are provided to efficiently use resin sealing materials and suppress problems caused by the existence of particle type resins including a large particle diameter in comparison with a target value of the thickness.;CONSTITUTION: A resin sealing device comprises a resin material storage unit, a selecting unit, a first returning unit, and a heating unit (10). The selecting unit selects resin sealing materials based on D=at(mm) which is a second standard about a diameter (D) of the resin sealing material. The first returning unit returns the materials within the second standard to a mold. The heating unit generates molten resins by heating and melting the resin sealing material supplied to a cavity. A first standard is 0.03(mm)=t=1.2(mm). A sealing resin is formed as the molten resin is hardened.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
