PURPOSE: An angle detecting device and a torque detecting device using the same are provided to detect the magnetic flux of magnetic pole-faces installed on the top surface and the underside of a magnet, thereby making the thickness of the magnet thinner.;CONSTITUTION: An angle detecting device (1) includes a magnet (11) including a first insertion through-hole; a yoke (12) including a second insertion through-hole; a magnetic flux collecting plate (13) collecting the magnetic flux from the yoke by being installed around the yoke; and a magnetic force sensing element (14) detecting the magnetic flux collected by the magnetic flux collecting plate. The angle detecting device detects the rotary angle of a target object which can be inserted and penetrated through the first and second insertion through-holes.
