PURPOSE: A non-magnetic composition for a ceramic electronic component, a ceramic electronic component using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the bias characteristic using a non-magnetic composition.;CONSTITUTION: Multiple magnetic layers (11) are stacked on a ceramic body. An inner electrode layer (12) is formed inside the ceramic body. Non-magnetic layers are inserted between the multiple magnetic layers.
