PURPOSE: A method for forming a plant body by culturing growth points of Blueberry cv.Weymouth, Duke, Blueray, Nelson, Northland, or Spartan which is a variety of blueberry is provided to form shoots without the formation of callus, thereby shortening plant body formation processes to 5-7 months.;CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a plant body of Weymouth which is a variety of blueberry by culturing growth points comprises the steps of: culturing growth points of Weymouth in a medium containing 1-3 mg/L of zeatin riboside, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of indole acetic acid (IAA), 35-37 mg/L of ferric sodium salts (FeNa-EDTA), 98-102 mg/L of myo-inositol, 1-3 mg/L of thiamine HCl, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of nicotinic acid, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of pyridoxine HCl, 20-40 mg/L of sucrose, and 5-7 g/L of agar and forming shoots; and culturing the shoots in a medium containing 1-3 mg/L of zeatin riboside, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of IAA, 54-56 mg/L of FeNa-EDTA, 140-160 mg/L of myo-inositol, 1-3 mg/L of thiamine, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of nicotinic acid, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of pyridoxine HCl, 20-40 g/L of sucrose, and 5-7 g/L of agar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) 8th week after culturing (test tube); (BB) 14th week after culturing (test tube); (CC) 18th week after culturing (test tube); (DD) Variety; (EE) Weymouth; (FF) Duke; (GG) Nelson; (HH) Blueray; (II) Northland; (JJ) Spartan
