PURPOSE: A heat exchange pipe and a heat exchanger having the same are provided to efficiently exchange heat in a small volume and a short length because a second pipe in a linear shape surrounds the outer side of a first pipe in a spiral shape and exchanges the heat with the first pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange pipe comprises a first pipe, a second pipe, and a third pipe. The first pipe is formed in a linear shape and fluid flows through the first pipe. The second pipe surrounds the outer side of the first pipe in a spiral shape and exchanges the heat with the first pipe.
