In the case of the conventional PSD sensor using optical triangulation method as shown in FIG. 1 , the color of the measurement surface of the object and the state , and there is a problem that when light is incident on the PSD sensor so incident light (intensity) of the PSD sensor performance , including changes to the non-linearity increased resolution is lowered lowering weak depending on the measured distance apart . In the present invention , the incident light quantity ( light intensity signal ) to provide a PSD sensor method is applied as a PSD sensor can be maintained to a certain way , and that the feedback control to be incident on the PSD. ;
