PURPOSE: A 3D large size member measuring system using IGPS(Indoor Global Positioning) and a measuring method using the same are provided to synthetically measure various measuring items and to improve the production efficiency by reducing a work session. CONSTITUTION: A 3D large sized member measuring system using IGPS comprises a mounting unit(110), a first transmitter group(120A), a first sensor(130A), a second transmitter group(120B), a second sensor(130B), a pair of reference structures(150), and a control sever(140). A large sized member(10) is mounted on the mounting unit. The 3D large sized member comprises a first measuring plane(10A) and a second measuring plane(10B) facing the first measuring plane. The first sensor receives signals transmitted from the first transmitter group, thereby generating the measuring signals of the first measuring plane. The second sensor is arranged to be faced to the second measuring plane. The pair of reference structures is installed around the 3D large sized member. The control sever compares the measuring signals of the reference structures and existing reference information.
