A card reader of a commercial washing machine is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of a processing unit due to introduction of moisture by using a mound for interrupting introduction of moisture. A card reader of a commercial washing machine includes a slot and a mound(170). The slot includes an interior space for inserting and withdrawing a card by sliding the card forward and rearward. The card is received in the slot. The mound is provided on the bottom of the interior space of the slot to interrupt introduction of moisture. The card reader is provided on the bottom of the interior space of the slot along the slide direction of the card and includes at least two ribs for reducing the friction between the card and the bottom of the slot.
