Provided are an energy-saving controller and a machine and an injection machine with the energy-saving controller. The energy-saving controller 100 is used in a hydraulic circuit (30). In the hydraulic circuit (30), at least one electromagnetic coil is arranged on a magnetic exchange valve, which changes the flow direction of hydraulic oil, and is connected to an electromagnetic coil action detection part (111) which detects the action state of the electromagnetic coil. In the hydraulic circuit (30), based on the detection result of the electromagnetic coil action detection part, the number of revolution of an induction motor (60), which drives a hydraulic pump (31) providing the hydraulic oil, is decided by a motor revolution number deciding part or setting part (112). The number of revolution decided by the motor revolution number deciding part (112) is controlled by a frequency converter (101) which, in serial connection between the induction motor (60) and a power supply, controls the number of revolution of the induction motor (60). A hydraulic circuit of an existing machine or an existing pumping station instrument of the machine providing the hydraulic oil is controlled in terms of energy saving.
