CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal protection cover consists of a holder and a scrubber. The scrubber consists of a holder and a scrubber. The scrubber scraps liquid crystal screen of a cellular phone by being removably coupled to a holder. One of the holder and the scrubber, a magnet is mounted and attached to each other by a magnetic force. The holder is attached to and detached from the surface of a cellular phone.
