The present invention relates to a novel plasmid shuttle vector prepared by using this derived from lactic acid bacteria and , more specifically, to the use of separate plasmids in lactic acid bacteria of this kind pMBLT00 and Kono stock directed to producing a shuttle vector capable of replication in E. coli and lactic acid bacteria each . Shuttle vector of the present invention can be used as a convenient expression system , such as a high dielectric material , or a protein in E. coli and lactic acid bacteria stably expressing efficiency , theta (theta) have a stable replication system of the type I in 100 stable over generations it has the advantage of being replicated . ;
